Sadly, I have to admit that I am getting around 16 mpg, but my average speed is 16mph... I mostly drive in the city. The good news is that I'm only filling up my tank every 2 weeks or so...
When I go on a road trip I get around 26 miles to the gallon, with an average speed of 78 mph or so.
I have an '06 Cooper S with a JCW, and I keep the revs around 5000 (terrible, but much more fun).

I have a 2002 Mini Cooper S and average 31.3 mpg I run 75mph on a trip. I have just a few mods, cold air intake, 15% pulley and a one ball exhaust,
I get on average of 30mpg with my 2011 Countryman 6MT. That is my overall average for all 3900 miles. I think my best so far is like 33mpg. I am a total fan of the Sport button and don't drive without it so that may be part of the reason, plus most of my driving is city.
We're getting around 28-29 right now as I only drive 10 miles on the back roads into Dallas.  When I drove to Richardson on the freeways I was getting low 30s.  Going to the Dragon and back about 36!

My Clubman tells me I am getting around 26-27 in city driving and when I take a roadtrip it gets as high as 34-36  Do you think it's accurate?  I can't even remember what the sticker said I should get.

Average speed 80-85 on express way and 65 on regular roads- not too much city driving and I get 28-30 all day long in my countryman all 4- way better than my truck that gets 12:)

I am at 35.1 around town an all time high for me (:!!!
