Don't call my car a go-cart!!

Have you heard the new Mini ads? I was listening to the radio when a Mini ad came on and they said "Mini Cooper....with go-cart handling." Really? Don't call my car a go-cart! What...are they trying to appeal to 13 year old boys??? Totally lame ad campaign IMHO.

Not exactly what I had planned...

Drove to Cincinnati. Got there about half an hour early (around 7.30am) and took Basil in. Got a loaner car. Sparkling Silver Cooper, Automatic. It felt SO WEIRD to drive it omg. I was constantly fretting while trying to find the clutch and I forgot how to change from park to drive several times, haha. Drove around for quite some time. Newbie with a New MINI =)

Just bought my MINI on June 1st of this year. I must say that I'm madly in love. This site already looks pretty awesome from what I've seen of it too, so why not join! My baby is here!

Remember when you first got you license and felt true freedom? I'm right there! This car was made for me and I gave her a true Brit family name "Hannah Woodnick". Hannah and I do nothing but smile as we cruise everwhere. I cannot wait for the next rally! Damn seatbelt alert!!!

Does anyone know if it is possible to turn off the passenger seatbelt indicator? I like to put my book bag on the seat next to me and the stupid alert goes off. I know some of my books are a tad on the heavy side but cummon!!!! Someone please save me from having to look it up in the manual :o) Continue

Long Beach Grand Prix!

It's coming up in a month, Patti and I went last year, it was so much fun! If any of you feel like going, I strongly recommend it. There is information at www.gplb.com. We took the train from Hollywood last year, which was great! It's the same weekend as Coachella. I have videos on this site from last year. Finally!

Good Grief! I'm so sorry I haven't updated my blog in forever and a day! The Concert for the Cure took a lot out of me, I tied up all the loose ends from it and took the rest of the year off (for the most part) from the Mini Skirts. As far as that went, the Concert for the Cure was a labour of love and a success! Everyone who attended and worked that night had a great time and we ended up raising over $800!
